Burn a DVD from an Image

Please note for some DVDs, you must use a dual-layer DVD.  The capacity of a dual-layer DVD is be 8.5 GB.  For other videos a regular DVD±RW will work with a capacity of 4.7GB.  Please make sure you are using the correct disc for your image.

Mac

  1. Download the Disk Image (.img) file.
  2. Follow the instructions from Apple.com.

Windows 7

  1. Download the .ISO file.
  2. Follow the instructions from Microsoft.com.

Windows XP / Vista

  1. Download the .ISO file.
  2. Windows XP and Vista users must use a program to burn the .iso file.  If you need one, InfraRecorder works well.
  3. Open the .ISO file in your disc burning program and follow the program's instructions.
